Quantum Computers, LLC’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

Quantum Computers, LLC warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.

Damage due to shipping the products to you is covered under this warranty. However, if the package is damaged when you receive it from the shipping agent, PLEASE mark the shipment as damaged BEFORE you sign for the package. You also have the right to refuse shipment should you feel that the condition of the packaging may indicate the product is damaged inside the package. If you follow these instructions, it may save you further shipping expense in the event of a damaged shipment. Keep in mind that our Laptops are shipped in double boxes and the laptop itself is suspended inside the box on Styrofoam or Cardboard risers...These boxes have been engineered to withstand some of the "package abuse" sustained in shipping. A damaged package does not include minor "wafering" of the corners of the cardboard box. Damage may be evident if the package is severely punctured or crushed.

If you discover a manufacturing defect on your product, Quantum Computers, LLC will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid and insured, to the appropriate Quantum Computers, LLC repair department, and provided you obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping your defective product. Failure to insure the shipment puts you at risk for damages during shipment to Quantum Computers. We will not be held responsible for damage to incoming shipments. It is always best to use the original packaging or equivalent packaging. The RMA number must appear plainly on the outside of the shipping packaging. RMA numbers can be obtained by calling or writing Quantum Computers, LLC, at the address and phone numbers printed on this certificate. To each product returned for warranty service, please attach your name, address, telephone number, RMA number, and a copy of the bill of sale bearing the appropriate Quantum Computers, LLC serial numbers as proof of date of original retail purchase. We understand that some retailers do not include the serial number on the receipt. You should "Hand Write" the serial number on your proof of purchase receipt if it is not already on it.

Quantum Computers, LLC will in its sole discretion restore the product to proper working condition in accordance with factory specifications in effect at the time the product was manufactured or replace the defective product with a product that is at least equivalent to the original product. Quantum Computers reserves the right to use new or reconditioned parts that are equivalent or superior to the original factory specifications. Replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for (30) days or for the remainder of the original limited warranty of the replaced product.

This warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for Quantum Computers, LLC that can be identified by the "Quantum Computers" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. Quantum Computers, LLC provides no warranty whatsoever for any software provided with its products; such software is warranted separately by their manufacturers. Quantum Computers, LLC does not warrant any hardware products that are not Quantum Computers, LLC products. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by problems with electrical power, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; if the product has been serviced or modified without the written permission of Quantum Computers, LLC; or if any Quantum Computers, LLC identification or serial number has been removed or defaced. Quantum Computers, LLC reserves the right to determine if the product qualifies for warranty action.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QUANTUM COMPUTERS, LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT UMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No Quantum Computers, LLC dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Protection of Stored Data: Please make periodic backup copies of stored data on the Hard Disc or other storage device. If customers Data is Altered, Damaged or Lost due to any trouble, failure or malfunction of the Hard Disc or any other storage device and the data can not be recovered, Quantum Computers, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any Data or any other damage resulting there from. When returning any defective product, please confirm whether the data has been successfully transferred, backed up or copied. Quantum Computers, LLC Disclaims any liability for the failure to copy or transfer data correctly. Before returning any defective product, be sure to backup data and remove any proprietary, confidential, or personal information. Quantum Computers, LLC is not responsible for (1) damage to or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media or (2) the restoration or reinstallation of any programs or data other than software installed by Quantum Computers, LLC, when the product was manufactured.

Quantum Computers, LLC products are not designed and manufactured for any "Critical Applications" such as Life Support systems, Medical applications, connections to implanted medical devices, or any other applications where product failure could lead to injury or loss of life to any person or animal. Accordingly, Quantum Computers, LLC disclaims any and all liability arising out of the use of this product in any "Critical Applications"

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This Quantum Computers, LLC Warranty Policy applies to end users in the continental United States of America only. End users in other countries will have varying circumstances due to shipping costs, duties and taxes, customs problems, and other factors. These warranty concerns will be handled on a case by case basis.

Dead Pixel Return Policy
If you find dead or defective pixels on your LCD screen more than the listed, you can return your computer within 10 days after receiving the computer for replacement.

QUANTUM COMPUTERS, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT UMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH QUANTUM COMPUTERS, LLC PRODUCTS.
